On Saturday 23 May, TropicLab and RASA come together to welcome James Zabiela and Pam Anantr.

On The Floor, we host James Zabiela. He is one of the rare selectors who has stayed entirely relevant as the landscape shifted around him—moving from his days as a star-eyed boy of Sasha during the peak of Global Underground to more recent appearances at Panorama Bar for Paramida’s Love on the Rocks. Zabiela treats the booth as a laboratory, utilizing a level of technical creativity that has quite literally shaped the tools used by DJs worldwide. Joining him is Danny Higgins, a veteran of the scene with 23 years of vinyl wisdom, and TropicLab—the duo of Jamie React and Haan—whose decade-long partnership delivers a raw narrative moving from techno pulses to the grit of UKG.

In The Hall, the energy shifts toward the vibrant and genre-fluid world of Pam Anantr. Now a pivotal figure in Bangkok’s underground and a representative of Darker Than Wax, Pam’s style was forged in the legendary institutions of NYC like The Loft and Body & Soul. Her sets are a seamless navigation through soulful disco, boogie, and uplifting house.

Supporting the Hall are Sivanesh, whose sound is anchored by a deep commitment to the regional ecosystem and a residency on Berlin’s Refuge Worldwide, and Bongomann, whose fluid selections glide between dreamy ambient and heavy dancefloor workouts.
