Parisian Bánh Mì, Kaya Donuts & bite-size snackables by Nonette
Nonette, the cult Paris sandwich and pastry spot known for its playful take on bánh mì and Asian-style French donuts, is now popping up at RASA Space.
Running from 2 July to 4 October 2025, the pop-up is open from Monday - Friday, 11:00 - 14:30 for lunch, and Wednesday to Friday, 17:00 - 22:00 for after work drinks. Born in the lively heart of Paris’ 11th arrondissement, Nonette in Singapore is helmed by Singaporeans Pearlyn Lee and team (previously with Cédric Grolet, Alain Ducasse, Four Seasons Hotel George V). Nonette's food is a delicious nod to the Southeast Asian heritage that inspires so much of what it does.
Baking up bánh mì Parisiens, donuts and French-Asian pastries, Nonette is distinctly Parisian and unapologetically Asian: rooted in flavours Lee grew up with. Their bánh mì Parisien comes layered with housemade pâté and house-made charcuterie, tucked between a crusty, warm baguette.

The Nonette Apéro
A cheeky twist on the Parisian apéro, where bold Southeast Asian flavours meet a rising trend in French food culture: the apéro.
The golden hours before dinner, where people gather for after-work drinks and charcuterie (cold cuts and cheese).
Born in Paris and inspired by Singapore, Nonette's apéro offers a mini BÁNH MÌ, charcuterie, a filled donut, and bite-sized donut balls. It’s part savoury, part sweet, and all made for sharing (or not). French pastry classics are reworked with a Southeast Asian edge, like Nonette's signature kaya cream donuts, lightly sprinkled with fleur de sel.
This isn't your classic apéro, but that’s the point. It’s crunchy, fluffy, spicy, creamy, and pairs just as well with natural wine as it does with a good conversation.
