On this special night, British techno DJ Pariah headlines Floor in one of RASA's Techno Saturdays, supported by local guest Darren Dubwise. For contrast, local guest DJs Nicolette and Tikus will play house & disco sets at Hall.
Pariah (Arthur Cayzer) is a London-based DJ and producer who attracted attention in the late 2000s with a series of releases on R&S Records, including the "Safehouses" EP (2010) and "Detroit Falls" EP (2010).
These release showcased his ability to combine UK bass, breaks, techno, and experimental sounds into something that was fresh for its time, earning him acclaim from critics and peers.
Pariah is also known as one half of Karenn, his live hardware techno project with fellow UK artist Blawan (Jamie Roberts). Since 2011, Karenn has released music on their own label, Voam, as well as Works The Long Nights and XL Recordings. Their debut album, "Grapefruit Regret" (2019), received praise for its intense, analog-driven sound and improvisational spirit.
In 2018, Pariah released his first solo album, "Here From Where We Are," which explored ambient and experimental territories and demonstrated his versatility as a producer.
Whether solo or as part of Karenn, Pariah continues to perform at major clubs and festivals worldwide, such as Berghain (Berlin), Fabric (London), and festivals including Dekmantel (Amsterdam), Unsound (Krakow), and Sonar (Barcelona), among others.
With his ongoing work as a producer and performer, Pariah continues to make a strong impression on the UK and international electronic music scenes.
