RASA teams up with local collective Last Saturdays to host Canadian electronic musician Jacques Greene at Floor, with RASA resident/Last Saturdays co-founder HBN, and local guest Jiang on support duties.

Since his debut in 2010, Greene has gained recognition for his emotive, club-ready tracks that combine elements of house, R&B, and UK garage. His early single “Another Girl” played an important role in redefining house music for a new generation by incorporating post-dubstep and future bass sounds with soulful vocal samples.

He has released music on respected labels such as LuckyMe and Night Slugs, and co-founded Vase Records, a platform supporting both music and fashion projects. His discography includes two acclaimed albums: Feel Infinite (2017) and Dawn Chorus (2019), along with numerous EPs and singles like ‘Phantom Vibrate’, ‘Fever Focus’, and the 2022 EP Fantasy. Greene has also produced for artists including Katy B, Tinashe, and How to Dress Well, and provided remixes for Radiohead, Ciara, and others.

Known for his energetic DJ sets and live performances, Jacques Greene has performed at prominent clubs and festivals worldwide, such as Fabric, Panorama Bar, Sonar, and MUTEK. He has continued to release new music, including the 2024 collaborative single “RB3” with Nosaj Thing, and remains active with mixes, radio shows and live streams, including a monthly Rinse FM show and a recent gig on Boiler Room Hong Kong.
