In collaboration with Osaka Techno Mafia, RASA Weekender returns full throttle on Oct 5 with none other than Nene H steering the night, joined by local talents Arunditha, and Aya of Midnight Shift.

Born in Istanbul, classically trained in piano at institutions in Izmir, Ankara and Stuttgart, and now based in Berlin, Nene H brings a rare musicality to techno. Her sets run fast and fluid as she combines that classical music foundation with electronic music productions and sets that charge forward with techno, ghetto house, trance, electro, and even flashes of hyperpop. Her Turkish and Azerbaijani heritage is a constant undertone, adding a cultural resonance to her distinctive sound.

From Berghain, RSO and ://about blank to Draaimolen Festival, her DJ appearances carry the same intensity she brings to her label UMAY, launched in 2023 to amplify queer, Muslim, female, SWANA, and QTBIPOC voices in club culture.

Her previous releases on Intrepid Skin, Live From Earth, and Incienso, along with defining works like Feast and Ali, mark her as one of the sharpest voices in techno.
